performed by a licensed MD, not a Chiropractor.
Under California law, only a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of
Osteopathy (DO) can perform a medical examination for persons
submitting a medical examination report to operate one or more
of the following: School Bus, School Pupil Activity Bus, Youth
Bus, General Public Paratransit Vehicle, or Farm Labor Vehicle.
The MD/DO MUST also sign the medical report and the medical
certificate.
